How-To: In The Lab With Dave Wright - 2-Bit Sampler Time
Tools and Hardware On this, the maiden voyage of our new "How-to" section, we're joined by Dave Wright, known both for his music with itchy-tingly-trancey (with a small 't') electrobeat group Not Breathing and his homemade and circuit bent instruments at Carrion Sound. Dave's contributed a great project for a 2-Bit sampler that even soldering newbies can tackle. Thank to Dave for sending along the directions and accompanying photos, and I hope he doesn't mind that I cut out the section about stealing the parts from Radio Shack. Read on for the full how-to.
