It is the tendency of most people to keep things easy and neat. That is why in the pro audio community, getting a working wireless system is a great deal that frees everybody from the clutter of cables and wires that some people tend to trip over. While conventional monitoring systems are limited in mobility because of cabling, the ADAM Audio Speaker M has wireless freedom.
The Speaker M, a new monitor system based on the A-Series, has been designed to deliver the same quality in a more moveable format using the Raumfield wireless system. The great benefit of having the Speaker M is that using these monitors frees individuals from the tyranny of wiring. Producers, musicians, and audiophiles can enjoy critical listening at the place of their choosing without cables snapping or people tripping over.
The Speaker M is equipped with the new ADAM Audio X-ART tweeter. This tweeter has a frequency response of up to 50 kHz, efficiency of 96 dB/W/m and a high maximum sound pressure level. Handling the lower end of the spectrum for the Speaker M is ADAM Audio's 5.5" inch Rohacell subwoofer.
The integrated digital amplifier boasts of giving the Speaker M true high-definition sound. Both of these built-in amplifiers (each with 25/40 W RMS/music) eliminate the need for additional components and therefore simplifies your setup further without sacrificing quality.
The ADAM Audio Speaker M's expected date of delivery is this March 2010.
