Wave Alchemy Club Kicks 2: Getting Lots of Kicks for Electronic Drums at No Cost
Posted on Friday, March 05 @ 23:00:00 CST by admin

Electronic Music Among all the sorts of producers that exist within the musical world, electronic dance music producers appear to be those individuals that pay the most attention to kick drum sounds. Let's face it: rock and jazz drummers have a particular kind of kick drum sound they subscribe to but electronic dance music producers pay attention to other possible timbres they can produce out of a kick drum. Wave Alchemy Club Kicks 2 is one new example of this.

Club Kicks 2 contains 65 processed kick drum samples derived from Jomox’s famous AIRBase 99 drum machine. Talking about being processed, each of these samples have been heavily modified through generous amounts of outboard processing and compression. Adding that analog touch, Wave Alchemy made use of a Thermionic Culture Vulture valve distortion box unit as extra processing and harmonic enhancement.

    FEATURES:
    • 65 24-bit kick drum samples.
    • Recorded through an A-grade signal chain including devices such as the Thermionic Culture Vulture, Empirical Labs Distressor and API 512c pre-amp.
    • 100% royalty free.
Wave Alchemy Club Kicks two is a free download. To get a copy, interested parties must undergo free registration through the Wave Alchemy website.
