Rhodes and Wurlitzer electric pianos and the Hohner Clavinets and Pianets are keyboard instruments that most people would describe as vintage. Their adorable timbres and great onstage or studio feel are some of the things that attract musicians to these kinds of keyboard instruments. It's too bad that today's contemporary musician has to face the reality that they have become rare, expensive, and impractical for today's use. Native Instruments trims all of that space down to just your computer that hosts your VSTs and other software instruments with Scarbee Vintage Keys.
Scarbee Vintage Keys is a sample library that features the most revered electric keyboard instruments from the 1960s and 1970s dubbed as MARK I, A-200, CLAVINET and PIANET. This library has been built from samples carefully recorded at 24-bit resolution. For impressive dynamic response, each instrument has 16 velocity layers per key as well as the "Horizontal Release Technology" that recreates the dynamic behavior of each instrument for added authenticity.
Each instrument in Scarbee Vintage Keys offers an integrated multi-effect section that has up to 10 algorithms. Examples of effects are phaser, chorus, reverb, and various other classic type effects, adding further depth and variety to these vintage keyboard instruments.
All four instruments of the Native Instruments Scarbee Vintage Keys package are available for individual purchase. Each individual instrument costs 79.00 USD. Getting the entire Scarbee Vintage Keys package, however, brings in some significant savings as it only costs 169.00 USD.
