ToadWorks Fat City: Dual Overdrive Pedal For an Overweight Guitar Sound
Posted on Monday, February 08 @ 23:00:00 CST by admin

Tools and Hardware Music that relies on a lot of power requires fat and heavy sounds. Guitarists are often called upon to deliver that dose of heaviness with overdriven and effect laden guitars. Getting the sounds heavy doesn't mean it has to be dirty all the time as some guitarists would love to have that boost while keeping everything still clean. ToadWorks Fat City packs in a lot of weight for the guitar.

While getting all fat is detrimental to one's health, getting that guitar sound fat using Fat City is just the opposite. Fat City is a dual overdrive pedal is the result of two years of development by Toadworks. Fat City is designed to emulate classic tube amplifier sounds and its two independent and differently flavored overdrive circuits can be used in combination or be routed separately.

Besides its unique dual overdrive circuits, Fat City also has an independent clean boost that is re-routable. This clean boost can be placed either in front of or after the overdrive circuits. This pedal also feature true bypass.

ToadWorks Fat City has an MSRP of 375.00 USD.
