Eigenlabs Eigenharp Tau: Unique Instrument Line Welcomes a New Addition

Eigenlabs has opened up an entirely new way of creating music, bringing together the best from electronic music as well as features influenced by woodwind, string, keyboard, and percussion instruments. This merging of worlds can be found in the Eigenharp series of instruments. Initially releasing two models, the high-end professional model Alpha and the beginner model called Pico, the people at Eigenlabs realized that there's too much disparity between the two. As such, they have decided to develop a model that meets both instruments halfway: the Eigenlabs Eigenharp Tau.
The Eigenharp Tau fills the gap between the Alpha and the Pico. At roughly the size of an electric guitar, it is ideal for gigging musicians who find the Alpha too much and the Pico too little. More or less, the Eigenharp Tau comes close to offering the same expressive potential that the Alpha offered at a lesser cost. Appealing to minimalist sensibilities, the Eigenharp Tau is available in simple black and silver finishes.
The Eigenharp Tau has a total of 72 main keyboard keys, 12 percussion keys, a strip (or ribbon) controller, and a breath pipe. Just like all Eigenharp instruments, expression is what it boasts of with sensitive keys that can not only be pressed but can also be moved back and forth just as you would in string instrument playing (sensitive to within a micron).
